Subir Bikas Mitra is a National Scholar with MBA, MA, LL.M; Ph.D. in Strategic HRM and also Ph.D. (Law) in ADR Mechanism. Has authored numerous research papers/ articles in reputed journals. He was Former Executive Director (Law & HR) in GAIL (India) Limited and Former Director in GAIL Gas Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of GAIL). Presently, Advisor (Law) in GAIL (India) Limited (a Maharatna PSU) and Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, Govt of India. He has been featured twice as the top General Counsel Power-list for India, published by Legal 500, a leading global legal directory (2016 and 2018).

Ms. Kuheli Saha leads the vertical of Paramedical Education (SFS Academy) across multiple states in India. She is also the Chief Faculty for English, Communication and Soft Skills.

With over 25 years of teaching experience behind her in formal schools, she moved into the organization to work for the underprivileged youth and create employability, women’s empowerment and change lives, one life at a time. She addresses the social anthropological aspects of the education program to transform the disenfranchised youth into employable assets.

She was also a Board Member of Foundation for Innovations in Health, not-for-profit society, registered under Societies Act, 1961.

She is an MCA with more than 20 years of administrative and teaching experience, having proficiency in teaching computer in secondary and senior secondary section by applying creative skill and new modes of technology such as smart board, power point presentation etc., also proficient in organizing various activities on topics related to technologies used in our digital health program. Her objective is to leverage the professional knowledge in Computer Science to build a resilient society through educating and skilling youth; and exploring new models of healthcare delivery models that use digital technologies to make a meaningful difference to society.

She is a key figure in data-science innovations of the company and their implementation in remote rural areas. She also looks after the administrative and MIS functions of the company. Prior to her current role, she has teaching experience in the field of Computer Science from Primary section to Senior Secondary Section. She has also worked as Exam Cell In-charge at Future Campus School (Class XII; CBSE) from 2010 to 2015, and as Academic Supervisor (Primary Section and Pre-Primary Section) from 2010 to 2013.
